Yes. The Member plan ($5/year) is for individuals who want to use the platform — check in to classes, book events, and sign waivers. The Dojo plans are separate and cover the tools dojo owners and instructors use to manage their school.
Any person with an active membership at your dojo — including instructors and guests. Once you exceed 25 active members, you'll be prompted to upgrade to Dojo Pro.
Absolutely. You can upgrade from Starter to Pro at any time. All your data, members, and history move with you instantly.

Platform subscriptions are processed via Stripe. For dojo owners collecting member fees and event ticket revenue, we use Stripe Connect so payouts go directly to your bank account.
